Breakfast was very good.

The person behind the check in counter (Katherine) When my wife and I checked in she was very cordial to my wife. When I came down in the evening to get a coke and water she was very sharp to me like I was bothering her and without letting me know where to get them from she said “get them yourself.” This was my second encounter with her. The first time we were there, I was checking in by myself and again it was she was quite sharp. She motioned me over to the lady beside her then that lady motioned me back to her. This seemed to really to tick Katherine off. After about 20 minutes we finally received out Room Number and card which was slapped down on the counter. She seemed to be very kind to women, but got the impression she had a problem with men, or at least me. She was immediately this way before I said anything. Please let me know if she has something against me. If so we will gladly use another place to stay.

We had a good breakfast in quiet surroundings. The location is easy to get to from the highway and easy to access the highway on leaving.

The property is well positioned as an easy day drive to and from our destination in Destin, Florida.

how clean and easy to get back on the interstate

that it’s not pet friendly we have to stay at a different hotel when we have our tiny dog with us 😢

The shower was disappointing. The water was cold no matter how you turned the handle. Luke warm water turned to freezing and couldn’t be controlled.

The property was very clean. The room itself was really nice. I like that you couldn’t see the bed when you walked in the door. I did not hear any noise from surrounding rooms or slamming doors in the hallway. It was very quiet.

It was a quick check in

My T.V. Didn’t work. I did call the front desk And she offered to send someone to come look at it. I told her is ok as I didn’t want someone in my room while I’m on there by myself. I had a IPad anyways. She said she would try to give me a discount. There was no discount. The sheets came off while I was sleeping and right underneath it on the mattress cover was stain yellow very dirty looking.

A shout out to Beverly for getting me a nice room on short notice after I messed up resevation.

Not big deal but the shower curtains like to jump out of shower wich gets the floor wet.
