they charged me and didn’t let me stay because I checked in too late.. but they had to rooms so they got paid for every room so they got free money…

I will be requesting a full refund for this experience from booking. The room was filthy, the furnature was broken and the window lock had been removed, presumably for breakin purposes. We did not stay!!!!!!

Location was good close to university, stores and restaurants!

The hotel smelled gross and staff knew because they were spaying hallways before we entered with glad spay. There were dead stink bugs in our bathroom. Chips and stains from cigarettes on sink, tub and burns in our bedspread. Another guest complained to front desk that his door didn't close or lock to the adjoining room . Carpets were dirty and Didn't look like they were vacuumed. No wipes or plastic on the tv remote like in other hotels. But the doors, windows, tv all had smears and fingers prints everywhere. I went to Walmart across street and bought cleaning supplies to be comfortable!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and very friendly. A very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Location

The carpet in the hotel was extremely dirty, there was trash on the floor in my room, the towels were dirty. The shower mat dirty bathtub dirty. There were bugs in the elevator. Was not worth the money spent. Came down for family weekend at the University this was the only hotel with available rooms. Unfortunately, this priority is completely filthy.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. Refunded my money for a second room that we would have used but wasn’t quality.

Pool was in disrepair, not locked up and posed safety hazard. Very dirty in halls and suites. Rowdy guests up all night partying and gave very sketch vibes. Smoke detector ripped out of ceiling. Did NOT feel safe with my kids and sister.
