property is clean however our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke

It was clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. The breakfast was more than a contenental and fine.

The cost seemed a bit high. The facitilities and furnature was the worse for wear, but that only matters if it bothers the person staying there. The breakfast was certainly not the best we've had, but it was far more than a basic contenental.

Breakfast was ok. Same thing every morning.

2 times we requested housekeeping services and they never came. Also elevator was nasty and never cleaned, and hallways needed vacuumed. Parking lot had trash around curbs of lot.

Overall, the stay was alright and what I hoped for. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean enough. I would say that the hotel is in some need of some updating, everything looked very warn out and in need of some paint.

I don't blame the hotel, but unfortanetly the sleep was pretty bad due to the noise levels. First, those were some of the thinnest doors I have ever seen, because of this, every sound carried right into the room. This leads to the biggest problem, there were at least one family with children that were the loudest group of people I have ever heard. Absolutely no respect for the hotel or the other people in it. They slammed doors till late in the morning, they were jumping on the beds and hitting the wall till at least midnight (when I finally fell asleep). I don't know how hotels are equipped to handle such behavior, but I know that the employees could hear the noise, but nothing was done.

I loved that the atea was quiet and convenient.

I reserved a king suite, which in reality was a regular corner end room with a tub with some jets, and the tiles were broken and fallen off. But overall, it did. what I needed it to do.

The breakfast was delightful and had great offerings. The staff was very friendly. The pool was a very nice warm temperature

Photos show a hot tub/whirlpool and there was not one.

Common areas were visibly dirty. Lighting in the room was extremely poor.

I got the room with the hot tub on purpose n the damn jets did not work then go try to get in hot by pool n there was none but there is on the pictures. Only reason I booked this hotel

Staff was very Friendly and everything was clean.

All the pillows were very soft, would have been nice to have at least the option of one that was a little more firm.

the property was clean and in good conditions. some little improvements to the curtains would benefit the hotel. but overall good price for the location.

the curtains of the room were old and in part damaged. the air conditioning was also a bit noisy. that said, I would go back immediately

I accidentally booked this hotel in Carbondale, Illinois, instead of Carbondale, Colorado!!! Yall need to fix this on your Site, maybe by my location and/ or something
