the staff was very nice and welcoming.

The rooms are a bit outdated, and don’t seem to have much time put into them. bed wasn’t made very well, and the sheets had blood stains on them. The breakfast isn’t fresh like any other place we have been to. Milk with cereal, or frozen breakfast sandwiches to put into the microwave. not much variety.

reserved a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. The room we ended up in was very small & had 1 bed & no sofa bed. The hotel was booked and they couldn’t accommodate our reservation. overpriced

I like the location and general esthetics of the area. Staff members were professional, cordial and nice. I like the pool and exercise area. There was no issue with parking space. It was adequate. I like the complimentary bottle water even though bottles were very small given the hot temperature.

Bed sheets did seemed to be changed; Kuerig coffee pot was not cleaned; Shower had what seemed to be greasy stricks on the wall; carpet seemed a bit dusty. The grab and Go breakfast was not satisfactory or healthy. It comprised of Blueberry Muffin - very sugary, No fruits were available

The nose level was crazy the hall ways and elevator smelled of marijuana. the refrigerator wasn't working maintenance was called he said it was fine. The vent in bathroom not working we were in a handicap room that should of been reserved for individuals with disability.
