I liked everything about the hotel

In our room the air conditioning stayed in 79 degrees so the room was little stuffy. The staff did offer another room but it was late so they offered us a fan and it worked out great.

Close to airport

Had to pay for parking when staying at the hotel

It was out of the busy city

A little far from venue we needed to be at

Clean rooms, comfy bed and nice breakfast. Nice staff

The bathroom set up is a bit weird

I felt like this one of my worst experiences I have inquired.

We arrived on site, received room 607, used garbage bag on the table filled with items. Went into the latrine old soap in the shower. It look like the sheets hadn’t been changed. No microwave but have a refrigerator ( wow). The ice machine didn’t at all. To add insult to injury they charged my debit card twice which held my account up for 3 days. This experience was absolutely horrible. I was sent out specifically to rate this hotel. Not good at all.

The property was exceptionally clean for a hotel.

Nothing because my reservation was cancelled

I booked this hotel a month in advance for concert on august 8th, the booking clearly stated that I would be charged upon check out no deposit. On my way to the hotel I received a charge that declined. (Money was on the card) I called the hotel as soon as I seen the charge a young man told me that my card was fine and valid. I even asked him to try to recharge the card. He reassured me that it was okay, that they only charge when you checkout. I arrived to the hotel an hour later only to find out that my reservation was canceled the manager or whoever had no interest in assisting me she said it’s been cancelled because we require a deposit 24 hours before check in. I explained that I JUST spoke to someone and they confirmed that it was okay. She was very short with me so I asked was there nothing that can be done and she said no. I walked out and another person in the parking lot experienced the same issue with no assistance as well. I WOULD NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

Breakfast was great. Checkout at 12 a plus

Bathroom was to small. Overall room was dated
