The people were mean to me and my family

The location is amazing, right where we wanted to be in Knoxville. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the front desk staff was great, kind and very responsive at any time (including late night), and helpful too. I had an issue unrelated to the Inn that they were very understanding and I could not have solved without them. Really enjoyed my stayed there.

The person who checked me in at night was just darling. She was super friendly and personable and very easy to work with! I showed up around 3am, but she was full of vitality!

The maid just walked into my room at 8am which scared the daylight out of me. Also, as a late traveler who had taken careful note of the checkout time, the interruption was unacceptable. On top of this, she again knocked on my door just before normal checkout (I had requested a later checkout as well).

It was okay could be better

The food selection could have been better.

lobby was decent. Hot water. Location good.

Green paint on room wall not appealing. Room not completely clean. Dirt under ottoman. Old building showing age in rooms. One tea bag in the room. Mattress needs updating. Not sure how old springs were in mattress.

staff is absolutely horrendous.

I like that it quiet the fact that was pretty well clean the floor maybe could use a little better tension got out of the shower just to have black feet from just coming out of the tub and into the room then but other than that it was nice

But other than just saying it up top there with what I did like the floor could use a little more attention and other than that it was pretty decent safe

the only nice thing I can say is the bed was actually very comfortable.

Dirty and run down! The main light for sink area barely worked.
