ATER A 2HOUR PLUS RIDE TO GET TO CLT. WE ASKED ABOUT A RESTAURANT. WE WERE TOLD OF 2 1 INFRONT OF HOTEL ALL BUFFET AND $$$. SECONG ONE WAS NOT OPEN. WE HAD TO GET BACK IN THE CAR AND DRIVE TO FIND A RESTAURANT . FINALLY IN GASTONIA ... NEXT 24 HOUR SHUTTLE!!!!!! NEVER PICKED US IP/ WE GOT IN LATE BECAUSE JETBLUE LEFT BOSTON LATE. WE CALLED THE HOTEL WAS TOLD 15 MIN. WE WAITED LONGER THEN THAT CALLED AGAIN WAS TOLD 15 MIN. AFTER 1/2 HOUR i MADE MY HUSBAND GET A CAB TO TAKE US TO OUR CAR. $25 FOR A 2 MIN RIDE. AGAIN NO RESTAURANT OPEN AFTER 11P EVEN A GAS STATION WE STOPPED AT TO GET A WATER AND A SNACK WAS CLOSED. I DEF. WILOL NOT RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I always saw house keeping cleaning. I liked the Laundry and gym facilities

I saw a roach in my room. The outside looks creepy need to make it look more lively, brighter

It’s closeness to the airport and they offer you a shuttle to the airport and it’s near some restaurants and shops

Someone broke in to my truck and stole some of my tools. The hotel looked dirty.

no one at the desk when we arrived. Was told my reservation would be cancelled at 1:30am

Bugs, TV and phone didn't work, breakfast wasn't available as advertised

The location to the airport was the main reason for choosing this hotel.

The continental breakfast was sub par at best, with very little food selections. The one staff member was doing his best, but he couldn’t keep up with the demands of a fairly slow Saturday morning. The WORST thing about the property is the manager and owner who call their customers liars and STEAL money from them. They REQUIRE a security deposit to stay in the hotel and after telling them our TV was broke when we arrived in the room, they charged ME for it and told me I was lying!! Both the manager and owner have refused to fix the problem and corporate won’t do anything about it either.

No clock, no one answered the phone at desk, live roach in tub, no way to adjust AC, no complimentary toothbrushes or combs for travelers without luggage

Breakfast wasn't so good and when we first got there the AC wasn't working in our room so my hubby had to go back to the front office 3 times.

The only nice thing was the gentleman who checked us in.

The worst breakfast by far in the world. It practically DID NOT exist. They did not have anything apart from oatmeal that tasted like soap. No sausages, no eggs, no cereal, no milk, no sugar, so cream. I mean nothing and this VERY RUDE lady working in the kitchen made the entire experience more miserable. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL. I would rather sleep at Charlotte airport. Never...do not book at this place!!!!!!

Pool was nice the room it self was decent

There was really no breakfast, no juice only thing was waffles toast no butter or anything not really any fruit just wasn’t a good breakfast set up. Also no extra towels. I just needed a few extra towels for the pool and it wasn’t any according to the guy at the desk. They all had to be washed

You call that a breakfast. The first morning, the coffee was empty, had to wait for that.

I've never stayed for more than one night and did not get my room cleaned, with my bed made up. Nothing was done to my room, when I returned for my second night.

The shuttle picked me up after check in time, which was a pleasant surprise.

Location to Highway 85

Window drapes could not be closed to keep out Sun. Water pressure in bathroom was very low to take a bath. Bed too soft. 1 trashcan which was located in the bathroom Not enough wash cloths provided. Had to call housekeeping for more. Response time by housekeeping was slow.
