The location was convenient

The facilities were outdated, the carpet had a damp smell which in turn made the room musky. My assigned room was right next to the elevator however, I was too jet lagged from 25 plus hours on 3 flights to drag my luggage back to the front desk to ask for a room change. Also, there were two towels that had long strands of hair stuck to them, finally found a third towel that did not :-(

Breakfast was excellent. So many choices.

The Breakfast was great Was to close to the airport, heard the planes all of the time.

The front desk staff and staff providing the complimentary breakfast were excellent! We were there for an overnight to fly out of Charlotte. Proximity to airport is perfect~ 5 min drive. Property was clean.

The surrounding area is just ok. But if you are looking for a quick stay and proximity to airport location is fine.

Breakfast said omelet station, there was not. Description said private pool, it was never open. These were my deciding factors when I chose this hotel and got neither.

Location a bit isolated from restaurants but very close to airport

I did not eat the breakfast because we got up late. The staff was wonderful and very kind and courteous. The room was roomy, clean and very comfortable. Ty was especially helpful to us when we were stranded downtown at 2 am and couldn’t get an Uber. He really went out of his way to assist us.

I really did not have any complaints. We’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn 2 times this year and it has definitely pleased us both times

Breakfast service and attendant, Modern and cheerful lobby. Property grounds are very attractive.

Came from MD to Charlotte for funeral for my sister. I made a mistake and booked at the wrong HI Express and also goofed using Booking.com. I called them to request an exception to change location. Supposedly, they sent numerous communications to this hotel who never responded to me at all. Also, during our stay we expressed a big concern that the tub is very slippery and needs a mat or strips and that the toilet handle was ready to fall off. No one attempted to correct these items.

Shuttle service provided and it was close to the airport

I was left with my family at the airport waiting for shuttle service to be sent for an hour. I decided to just pay a cab 20.00 to go 0.4 miles to the hotel. The staff weren’t very curious and when told what happen said perhaps the person I spoke to just forgot to tell the shuttle driver due to a shift change. The hotel room wasn’t clean as it should’ve been. It took several requests for towels and toiletries to be sent to the room. The pool was small and didn’t look clean.

I enjoyed my stay here and will be back again soon

Very clean. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

I reserved a room with 2 full beds. When I arrived all they had was a room with one king bed. I was traveling with my daughter. One of us had to sleep on couch.

They went above to help me

It was so clean, and staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was also great.
