I didn’t like that you had to ask for more towels but it was still a good stay

Muy cerca del Coca-Cola Roxy, es la 4ta vez que me hospedo ahi para asistir a conciertos, muy seguro el lugar, bastante cerca, pero las ultimas 2 veces en el shower hemos encontrado cabellos

Que en la regadera 2 ocaciones diferentes hemos encontrado cabellos en el shower, es descuido del personal de limpieza

Location

The bathroom, the bathroom wasn’t that clean there was rust around the door and the sink drain was not working properly.

The location had pros and cons. I chose this hotel because it was close to Truist Park and I was attending a game. When I went to bed, the noise from outside was loud and constant. Fortunately, I had ear plugs. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The noise from outside traffic. The shuttle service didn’t work for me.

Friendly staff at check-in, nice size room, quiet late at night, very good breakfast, very good location if visiting Truist Stadium.

Lighting in the bathrooms is very very dim, we did adjust the mirror light but it doesnt help much, hot water is normally a great thing for a shower but settings where off, scalding hot, or really really hot, no way to cool it off a bit. Was supposed to have a shuttle to stadium but due to short staffing, we just walked, not a huge issue but when they tell you they offer a shuttle and then their isn't actually a shuttle driver, but instead the extra front desk clerk is the driver( I'm fine with that) but we never got taken, we stood and kept waiting and waiting but she was checking rooms and then she needed a snack,( yes we where standing and waiting while she had a bag of chips and a soda) so we just left and walked. We stayed 3 nights and attended 3 games, we never waited for a shuttle again, pretty easy 10 minute walk, I recommend just walking and not waiting on a shuttle if you are able, we would have been late had we continued to wait.

Breakfast was great and fulfilling, check in was easy. Room was clean and ready when we checked in.

All faucets were loose Tub was old pitted and stained

Pool wasn’t clean 🧐 and I only booked because of the indoor pool offered but yea other than that I loved the location and the staff was very nice and helpful! I would recommend staying here!

I think the staff at the front desk must be clear about the room cleaning...and tell customers they have to notify the cleaners for full service if it's expected.

I love the location. by the braves stadium where bars and stores are located only walking distance. only took us about 9 minutes to walk . it was kinda late so we hung out at a bar. Wendy’s is like literally in the parking lot lol. also it was minutes away from the Cobb Galleria Mall. I book this hotel every time I go to Atlanta. oh and I stayed 4 nights. everyday we sat our towels outside the room door and they came in to clean our room , make beds , take our trash , and replace our towels without being asked. breakfast was good as well.

The room was very comfortable.

The evacuation into the cold,but I do understand emergencies.

Nice staff, nice facilities, clean rooms. Maintenance came to fix a light in our room very promptly and also fixed a broken shoe sole for me out of the kindness of his heart and saved my day! Overall great stay.

The only thing that we didn't like was that the fire alarm went off at 7:45am, but obviously, we understand that this was no fault of the hotel itself.

I loved everything about this hotel. Very clean, spacious, friendly staff.
