I liked the size of our room and that check in went smoothly! It is also within walking distance to Truist park which is a huge plus!

I wish the bed would have been more comfortable and more pillows would have provided!

The staff was so welcoming and kind. We loved how close it was to the game. I would stay here again

The room was missing towels and garbage bags. Staff supplied when asked though

We picked this hotel based off the location to the Braves stadium. It is a short easy walk to the stadium and that was exactly what I was w looking for. The staff was absolutely lovely, everyone was helpful, kind, welcoming and was very professional. The Breakfast was good, stayed well stocked and a staff member was there if anything was needed. Room and facilities were cleaned well. It was an excellent experience.

Shower set up - our shower head was a little out dated and was hard to move which caused the bathroom floors to get soaking wet, due to the “floor plan/set up”. All of our trash cans did not have bags in them, I wasn’t sure if that was on purpose or not, but it was noticed. Pricing of the items in the mini store were a little high. Pool/Hot Tub we visited twice, once it was not the cleanest- had wet towels folded to be used in the entry way before entering the pool.

Front desk day and night staff were very friendly and helpful including breakfast staff. Lots of breakfast options- more than most.

Wished they had free shuttles to Truist Park.

Staff was textbook friendly.

Okay so, the pool was “indoor”, but it wasn’t in the building, it was moreso in the back in a type of “greenhouse” like for plants. It was vvveeeerrrrryyyy hot in there very much like a sauna where I would have rather just got a pool outside, it was unbearable, the only reason this place doesn’t get a 10. At least get windows for that greenhouse, sheesh!

We loved how close it was to the ballpark. the breakfast options were great. Lots of room. Free parking.

Unfortunately when we arrived the whole road to get to the hotel was blocked due to a water main break. The hotel did not have any water. I understand it was not the hotels fault but some warning would have been nice. The hotel felt a little dated.

Through no fault of the hotel we were without water for the majority of our stay. A water main break right outside the hotel had the roads closed so we had to walk everywhere.

Had a lost item and never got a called back from them.

Staff was very friendly, our friends room was on a different floor and they moved us to a closer room for free and no complaints! Highly recommend if you want to be close to everything in Atlanta but not in the middle of it all.
