I have stayed in this property up to 7 days or more before and everything was ok but this last time very bad!!!

the lady and young gentleman when I came in didn’t even greet me, they were pre occupied, they didn’t even look at me , rude, I had to ask questions and get their attention. also I booked wrong instead of regular room it was a mobility challenge room. this room smelled terrible like smoke and I was told at 4 I will be changed to another one but they called me back and said because I made a mistake I will stay in that room and they didn’t have any other but when I came in the rude lady said at 4 pm there will be other rooms cleaned. I was tired and I stay there but im not happy. I paid almost $700 for two nights and it was bad!!! I have respiratory problem and the smoke smell was very bad. I had to open door all the way for one hour but nobody cared.

2 bedroom suite

Place is getting tired needs a remodel. Not being able to check in til 4 pm and having to pay $40 to check in early, paying $75 extra for our dog. Parking is terrible

The location - close to shops and eateries! Very clean, beautiful property with lots of amenities. The breakfast was great too! Room was modern, comfortable and cozy.
