No direction from staff related to the free breakfast area. We were seated at the bar area and paid for breakfast. Breakfast was included in our reservation.

Our stay was extremely bad and the staff are not friendly at all, we had major problem with the amounts charged on our credit card as it exceeded the amounts agreed on booking.com. And what everything even worse is that at the end of the stay and despite that the full amounts for the room were paid, we were shocked to hear heavy knocking on the door at 8:45 am, and we asked who, a women said: I am security. And started saying you are requested at the front desk and I can not let you stay in the room, that was extremely improper and offensive behavior, and she stayed standing on the door, we went down and we argued that they should not charge us more money and we complained at booking.com, finally, we reached one manager on the front desk who was able to stop this nonsense and we were able to check out, however the extra amounts that were in rightfully changed were not returned to us, but we were extremely relieved to leave the property

Everything, the staff were not friendly, the food is not good the amenities in the rooms are minimal, there was no free internet, and if you use internet you will be charged 15 dollars per line per day. And another major issue, you should not put your credit card with them as they keep charging you though you already paid

Location. Housekeeping was nice and helpful.

The hotel was not clean. Beds are small. Rooms are small. Rooms could use dehumidifiers. Lobby is a local hang out at night. The lobby is very busy with a lot of people. The elevator doors close on you when trying to get on or off.

The room could have been cleaner. there were long hairs on the bathroom floor and some small food pieces in the carpet by the sideboard under the TV.

The staff weren’t too helpful with places to go or where we actually were in-comparison to any famous monuments.

The hotel room was very adequate. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok if pricey.

I really resented the $25 a day charge that could only be redeemed by spending money in the hotel. And the spending had to be on each day or it didn't qualify. I think this was a poor way to raise revenues. Also charging $59 a night for parking exceeded neighboring parking garages by quite a bit. We moved our car after the first night.

Ideal location, comfortable, and loved the extra amenities, including free admission to the Spy Museum, bus tour, and $25 of drinks at lobby bar. Comfortable king bed and very friendly and helpful staff. Great shower with hot water, and spacious room.

Pricey, but worth it!

Location wasn't far from Metrorail. Room was very nice.

Hotel added a Destination fee. Wasn't made aware of what amenities were included in destination fee. Fee included 2 tickets to the Spy Museum which I had already purchased.
