Front desk lady was awesome

Pull out sofa mattress was stained. Main bed mattress was to soft for my liking ( felt like it also had a dip

poor was super dirty and room air conditioning did not work

Extra $5.00 per night parking in their own lot. Silly add-on up charge.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming!

The food at the bistro looked and tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved, our bathroom ceiling had what appeared to be water leaks/leak marks, and the room smelled really weird.

Yolanda at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I no longer will spend my money here and I have been a loyal customer.

Value location and room

Yolanda at the front desk was extremely rude when I approached in the morning to try to extend my stay. Yolanda told me to get out of the way while I was standing in line and shouted at me unnecessary and in my opinion unprofessional. I have always paid good money to stay here and never felt mistreated like this before. When I ask for a supervisor Yolanda was rude and I will certainly think about staying here again.

It was quiet for the most part. Room was nice, water was hot, and the bed was super comfy.

The exterior door closest to our room was broken so we had to walk all the way to the front to enter. There was a weed smell in the hallway every day. The breakfast bistro was closed the first day we got there (for some unknown reason).

Have stayed at this property many times. Staff is SO lovely, rooms are comfy and we always enjoy exploring the various cacti. All around great property!

The young man that checked me in was so polite, after changing my room 3 times because I wasn’t satisfied with the other 2 he did so with a smile. He is a great employee.

The rooms had burnt places on the carpet, so someone had to be smoking in the room. The rooms are in need of being updated.

Needed a place to stay for overnight trip. Decent location. Staff very nice, lobby is really nice, rooms are outdated, but beds comfy.

.For the price they charge, complimentary breakfast would have been nice. Coffee is not even complimentary.

The mattress was the most comfortable mattress I ever slept on. Would love to know the brand.

It would have been nice if the bar had stayed open longer.

Nice amenities, like little cafe and pretty courtyard. Close to the airport.

When I arrived to my room a staff member was exiting my room and said nothing to me. Room was not cleaned adequately, hair on vanity and in bathroom. I believe the staff member was using the toilet. Linens didn’t smell clean, nor did the sofa. Had to call front desk at 11 am to get patrons speaking loudly and hanging out in stairwell to go to their rooms. Enforcement of quiet time would be appreciated considering many patrons are leaving on early morning flights.

It was a good value!
