Clean and friendly staff

Expensive market and Bistro. Bistro is ok, but the market is super overpriced. We bought a sleeve of oreos and one normal 12oz water bottle. The total was $12!!!!!

We only ate dinner at the Bistro, it was delicious and fairly priced. The cook did an excellent job! The room was very clean and nice appearance, liked the big window with a huge tree

checking in took an awful long time, both clerks had a customer each, Possibly due to the customers being slow or their systems (computers etc. ) were to slow or not updated?

The rooms were really clean, beds were very comfortable, I'm pregnant and I seen on the menu they had tot nachos(yum) I make the order and they tells me there not tots or fries and there's not gonna have them for the morning breakfast, completely devested, I say ok. The next morning I go to get a coffee and ask the lady helping me what happened with the tots and fries, I explained to her what happened the night before and she explained they do have them, she's not sure why i was told that and comp my meal for the inconvenience. So appreciative, and I will definitely be returning when I come back to Oakland

it was a 4 minute Uber ride to and from the Oakland airport. and only around a 10 minute or less drive to Oakland arena. staff was very very friendly. Great water pressure. Nice lobby.

This is the loudest hotel room/stay I’ve ever had. The train was right outside the window and it felt like we were ON the tracks. The street noise was also ridiculously loud. the walls are paper thin. The room next to ours was loud and we could hear every word they screamed. and they smoked pot so we had to open the window to air out our room which meant more noise.

It was clean and the staff were friendly

Never heard of a hotel running out of food. No dinner available other than frozen pizza and no breakfast the first morning.

Quiet room areas, and really liked the complimentary Lyft transfers to/from airport. This alone will make me stay at the Courtyard for any of my future visits to the Bay Area!!

From the moment we stepped out of our car, we smelled weed and it was very strong. all throughout the hallways, and balcony it’s all you could smell. at times, I felt light headed it was so strong. Luckily the room didn’t smell, but because of this, we wouldn’t stay here again.
