Location and size of room

The front desk lady just took ID card and payment method gave me the key and never said and thing else! No where the elevator which we found but it was the one on the opposite side of the hotel and was not informed about breakfast in the morning! But I just figured since the hotel was full this past weekend she was tired and over worked! So we'll give a B-

Was no Breakfast need to add that in. A lot of money for no breakfast food.

I liked the bar onsite. I loved the access to the outside through the balcony.

Basic hotel in downtown of St.Louis. I guess the area is dodgy, because there was a security tower in the parking lot. lol. Otherwise it was decent place to stay overnight.

My rate had breakfast included. In reality I got limited menu to choose from, one burrito sandwich and regular coffee for 2, even though I booked for 4 people. So I had to pay extra.

It was a great location for major attractions like union station, the ballpark, and the Arch. The food was really close by and the staff had wonderful suggestions. Shout out to Neely for helping me get my schoolwork completed. He was a true lifesaver.

Hotel was conveniently located and hotel was nice

Front desk person checking in was so nice, however I was told that our reservation included breakfast. The next morning when I went to get breakfast the front desk (different person ) told me that it was not corrrct and was not willing to Correct their mistake. I was them very disappointed with the staff interaction, only to find out free breakfast was limited to basically bagels and coffee. I ended up paying for our breakfast, I had never had that type of experience at any other Marriott before and we’ve stayed at properties around the country.

You need a couple more ADA parking spots out back.

construction going on. didn’t know there was a parking fee. no pool as indicated there was.

Location was great, quick Uber to anywhere we needed to go. Easily accessible from the highway. Staff was super nice, we were able to check in early at noon which is the earliest I’ve ever gotten into a hotel and we really appreciated it. There’s a Starbucks right in the main lobby that also serves breakfast(at a cost but still nice).
