Friendly welcoming staff . Very clean and fresh , great location

Lifts probably need a service but it didn’t disadvantage us , still one available and staff made sure this was closely monitored.

We are repeat customers Seems to have gone down-hill in maintenance and cleanliness,

Outdoor pool was not very clean, seat cushions were dingy and some were ripped.

No laundry soap for sale in laundry room!

We didn’t hv the breakfast it was not included and too exspensive

The pool area was massively over crowded so we could not enjoy the pool, There was a sign that said capacity 25 people and there must’ve been 125 people and the pool areas were not clean, the elevators were not working and we were out on the fifth floor, not fun logging our stuff up and down

Good rest with the spacious bed. I had more room than I needed. Pool ares.

Hot tub was not useable. You could not enter it because it was down for maintenance. I've had bac surgery and the hot tub would have done my back wonders.

Very good location.

It would have been nice to have free breakfast with my 4 night stay.

Alot of racism and the front desk staff was rude when I asked for extra blankets and pillow plus they charged me extra money than what it said in my reservation the wifi was awful wasn’t able to watch anything on showmax and the toilet was clogged 

We have stayed here before, but this time the facility seems aged. The tile in our bathroom was cracked and there was a door that was obviously kicked in that has not been repaired or was repaired poorly.

Marilen in the front desk was awesome. Great customer service.

Booked a room for three. The room was small with two double beds. I can't remember when if ever I slept with my spouse in a double bed. Did not book with breakfast. Paid $15+ for the buffet that consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, and breads. Service is on the third day of your stay. I'm not sure if it's for the good of the environment or cost savings measure. Subsequent to my fourth night, I booked a room in Springhill Hotel of the Marriott brand in Lumberton, NC. Very big room with two queen beds. Half the price, (Weekday). Even the coffee was better.

Good location, good range of facilities

Elevators rate 2-out-of-10, like being in a WeWork. A constant irritation, and stairs no substitute with family members over 80 y.o. Back end (outside) of building unkempt -- very minor point.
