Staff was very friendly (Jeff) The hotel has very nice smell when you enter and easy access to area where rooms are located.

The air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room enough. Also, the water in the sink and shower did not drain as it should and would take awhile to drain .

Room was very good. Staff were friendly. For the price some sort of breakfast should be provided. The Tv reception was spotty and the WIFi was non existent for Chrome books. Staff tried to help but to no avail.

Staff was very helpful in getting me an early/on time check in so we could dress for an event. This was greatly appreciated.

The musty smell in the rooms and the hallways would keep me from returning. I was shocked that I didn’t end up with a sinus infection. Definitely could not spend more than 1 night there.

The bed was comfortable that’s it

Two of the ice machines were broken and the continental breakfast was absolutely trash. They only had six bagels, two muffins left, and a few boxes of cereal.

The parking was good.

I requested the two room to be close to each other but end up with one room on the first floor and one on second. The staff was not friendly at all. I told her that I requested the room to be close to each other, she answered me back without looking at the reservation that the requested was on the system.

The hotel is very pretty and new. The room was big and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the pool, which the staff allowed us to use a little longer than supposed, so thanks!
