We got a spacious room as expected. Good breakfast, convenient swimming pool and hot tub, nice staff. The location is also great, 10-20mins drive to most popular plazas in Orange Country.

I could hear some weird high frequency noises from time to time, probably from AC condenser outside (2nd Floor)? Not a big deal but would like to call it out.

Breakfast was great, good selection of food and great amount to choose from. I could not believe how quiet our room was, it was such a joy to stay and sleep in a quiet hotel.

I would have liked to have had some hand dish detergent to use to wash dishes manually.

The breakfast was great and the location was very good. I liked the kitchen facilities also. The pool, workout room and hot tub were all good.

The bedding in our room was horrid. The sheets were not clean and the mattress was very uncomfortable. the center of the mattress caved in and the bed frame squeeked. The sofa sleeper was even worse.

I didn’t like they gave me a room that was disabled I did not like that so on Saturday morning I received a phone call my sister had a stroke I left that morning to the hospital in riverside I didn’t get to enjoy my stay my friends picked my thing up my sister died that day so I didn’t not stay the weekend at you place I now you will not refund me that’s ok I’m very sad anyway thank you

My sister and our minor children were physically assaulted and threatened by another guest in the hotel elevator after they were followed into the elevator by a woman who spotted them in the hotel lobby. This woman called my sister an illegal who was here against the law because she wears a hijab. She swung at her son trying to provoke him and his mother stepped in between them and was hit in her chest. She then threatened to get her husband to come and kill all three of them. A hotel staff member was in the elevator and watched the altercation and only stepped in when she swung at my sister. They were terrified and we spoke to the manager on duty who refused to do anything about removing her from the property or calling the authorities. He simply said we should ignore it and not worry because her husband has collected her and returned her to their room. There is no hotel security on site and nothing was done to protect our family from running into her in the halls the following morning. The manager wished for the whole thing to be pushed under the rug. I was promised a call from the hotel manager the following day and have not received one. My Sister did contact the police and file a police report on her own later that evening as the manager made clear he was not going to call them because he did not witness this himself. Even though a staff member witnessed and interjected, and reported this to him; even though my sister and our children stood in front of him soon after describing the assault; including the death threat and punch in a racially motivated attack; even when two of the three victims were minors staying in the ‘family friendly hotel’;the manager said he couldn’t do anything “because he can’t” and I asked what additional line needs to be drawn before he either removed her or calls the authorities he said there’s nothing he can do. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

AC was not effective, power plugs did not work, pet fee is outrageous, it should be prorated

The front desk was very attentive every time we needed towels blankets more garbage bags Etc they did comply we were a little surprised that they never cleaned our room but as long as they supplied me with things I was able to keep things in good shape.

They are housing illegal boarder crossers. There were kids everywhere that didn't speak English unattended running around they were in the pool they were in the hot tub we couldn't enjoy the fire they were there too. We wanted to use the barbecue but every time we tried one of those family units would be using it and handed off to their family friend needless to say we didn't really enjoy the use of any of the amenities. We complained to the front desk and they said that it was first come first serve there is nothing they can do . We also mentioned it on our way out and they only listened but didn't give any reason why they said that these families were misplaced. We paid good money to stay there for four nights and expected different they gladly took our money and didn't offer any kind of reimbursement we will never stay here again. These people wore masks so obviously they were unvaccinated for those of us that were vaccinated we were allowed to go without our masks the children however didn't have any mask on. If there's such a concern about controlling this virus you think they would have that tied down especially with people who are coming over the border and you have no idea where they're coming from.
