The staff at the reception was so nice and she work hard. Also the room was very huge.

The parking. It is a shame to pay additional for the parking. It should be free for in-house guest.

The available breakfast was served quickly and hot but the price was outrageous. We did not partake in any of the dinner options. The people were friendly.

The parking price was unbelievably high considering the price we already paid for the room. The shower door in our room had been installed incorrectly leaving us with a lot of water on the floor. The desk gave us additional towels to clean up the floor. It would have been better if someone from housekeeping arrived with a mop.

Close to freeway entrance/exit. Restaurants/convenience stores within walking distance. Gas stations nearby. Quiet location and not busy with a lot of traffic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and in good condition.

No fan or vents in the bathroom. A bit of a drive to get to the beaches or amusement parks. Not a lot of parking stalls. Pay to park signs near hotel are not clear about hotel guests not having to pay for parking. No free breakfast.

Small room . They change me more from bill, and on my bank account 3rd amount. It’s not normal to have 3 different amounts in here one , on bill 2nd, on bank account 3rd. I was asking quite room, room wasn’t quite. No normal food on restaurant. Terrible hotel.

the traffic was so bad out my window that I move to another room after two days.The toilet ran constantly in both rooms, it was very annoying. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the light fixture was hanging loose in the shower. There’s no restaurant, only a snack bar.

I like that my hotel was near other attractions I was visiting

I called and I asked before I booked if there were any extra charges other than the room rate and tax and they said no but upon arrival I was charged an additional $81 and normally they charge $20 extra per night and then I was charged $44 for parking and to eat breakfast you had to pay 1095 per person and I wasn’t expecting that either so I probably won’t stay there anymore especially with having kids the free breakfast is a Perk
