Breakfast could have been better if a warm meal was offered.

No breakfast even though the room was booked on this site with breakfast. They said they had notified Booking.com but listing had not changed.

Was able to book a room last-minute after our other reservation fell through. Staff was friendly.

The pillow hurt my neck and back so badly that I had to skip a workout class.

I like the location and I loved the woman who greeted and checked me in.

I didn't like having to pay $20 for parking and I don't like the fact that I'm still waiting for the deposit to be put back on my card.

I booked a breakfast.. No breakfast

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and nice. The parking was adequate and safe.

They did not offer breakfast, as advertised, but they did comp our parking to make up for it. This area is too noisy. We heard sirens, the metro, airplanes flying because we were close to the airport, dogs barking and the guests upstairs had no regard for making noise and stepping hard. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room and then from our cell phone to let them know, but no one picked up.

How close it was to many shops and restaurants.

Neighbors who had no problem slamming doors and being abnoxious at all hours of the day and night. Also they should notify us that parking is an additional charge before arriving as most hotel parking is included.

Location was good.

Knowing the INN is a moderate looking motel, I did not expect to have that kind of room. The ventilator of the bathroom screamed as there was a squirrel inside it, experiencing a very long and painful death, the telephone from year 1996 was so dirty, that even if I would have wanted to call the reception for something, I would have rather walked. And to pay 466,82$ PER NIGHT was physically painful. OK place to land, if you are drunk, half blind and like to sleep in the cold, as there was no proper blanket, just a fleece and a flat sheet. If you have any kind of standards, would not recommend.
