It was a quiet area which was perfect for bed time and the mornings were easy, not a lot of foot traffic. They did fulfill my request that I had stated so that was very very nice!
The room was dirty but we were so tired and I just couldn’t be bothered at the time to mention it. there was blood on the right sheer curtain in the room and a wiped blood stain on the wall behind the tv.

It was very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet.
Paying to park was not an expected fee. The restaurant is not really a full service restaurant and the quality of the food was only ok.

Good location, about a half mile from Andrew station and can usually get a ride share in about 10 minutes. Great staff that was incredibly helpful! Rooms were super clean and well maintained, even if we got a later start to our day.
It would have been nice to have the restaurant/bar area open a bit more and a few more options but that’s it. And certainly not necessary in a city like Boston.

Our room was always nice and tied upon our return, the fridge was convenient, and the tv was nice to have in the room.
I could not find the hair dryer because it was hanging in the closet. I should have just asked, I found it on my last day at the hotel.

Comfy bed and refrigerator. Target nearby so I could buy some groceries but don’t go by yourself as not a safe neighborhood.
Had to pay for breakfast. Coffee in room was horrible. Not comfortable in parking lot after dark. People experiencing homelessness everywhere and sitting on sidewalks of hotel or brushing teeth in the parking lot. Not a safe neighborhood.

Great location lots to do
Grumpy guy that booked us in gave us zero info and restaurant and facility. Literally said do you have a car put this in the window and put your credit card here. Also they clean with something that smells like mens cologne.

Paying for parking. The room was overpriced and I had to pay for parking. There was only 2 towels for a room with 2 queen size beds and the lack of pillows made it hard to sleep.

Great location
Price, and lack of clear description with HUGE discrepancy between booking.com description and ground reality. For example, booking said breakfast INCLUDED. Front desk said NO !!
