Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suiten waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser stand für die Gäste den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung. Schöner kleiner Pool, an dem man gut die Zeit verbringen kann.

Aufgrund der Nähe zum Airport Fluglärm, an den man sich jedoch gewöhnt.

The location is somewhat off for tourists. The hotel charges $20 for car parking and for such hotels it should be free as it is not in prime location. Even Booking.com was used with free parking but the hotel charged $20, which is a disgrace. I gave them Marriott rewards number but points were not added. Their customer service asked me to send them the number again and I sent and still points are not added yet.

Outrageous, undisclosed $20 parking fee for an open lot. The hotel manager said it was because of the hotel’s proximity to the stadium, but there were no events at the stadium the night we were there and they did not ask for any identifying information about our car. The rooms are dated and the sofa so hard and uncomfortable it was not usable.

Arrived and the room that they put us in was not clean. There were used towels in the shower and the sheets had not been changed. We arrived at 2am in the morning checked out at 730am and cancelled for the remaining of the weekend. I had to drive around vegas to find another hotel.

Someone stole our car plate from their parking. It ended up consuming us an extra day from our trip to fix this issue. The car was rental and we aren’t Americans which made things harder. We first asked the lady to the reception and she didn’t seem to care at all. Super unhelpful, and she didn’t seem to believe us, we had to ask her for everything from the number of the police, and she didn’t know the answers and wasn’t proactive enough for helping. Then luckily another employee showed up, she had more empathy and helped us with advice.

When we arrived at 3pm, they didn’t have any available rooms. We didn’t get to check in/get a room until 4:30pm, which was very inconvenient, because we had a wedding to get to at 5:30pm. So we had to get ready in the hotel lobby. Ended up missing part of the ceremony. Very upset.

Lage zum Flughafen, gute Erreichbarkeit aller wesentlichen Ziele über Dean-Martin-Drive. Zimmer groß und gut eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Anlage sehr gepflegt, viele Angebote.

Zimmerseite zur I-15 und Flughafen ist laut, zudem laute Klimaanlage. Parkplatz 20 $ pro Nacht. Beim Frühstück nur 1 Sorte Bagel (mit Früchten) verfügbar, alle anderen Brotsorten waren tiefgefroren und nicht verfügbar, also Frühstück ohne Brot.

Desk Clerks excellent. Saturday 11/9, the breakfast was very good. The cooks did well (the scrambled eggs, with their seasoning, were superb). The Bkfst Staff kept the eating area rooms very clean and ready for guests. AC in the room was excellent!

Sausage gravy for biscuits was awful, and the biscuits were hard. No other meat was offered in the Saturday buffet. ADA issue - the toilet was not tall enough, and there were no rails to assist up and down. Also, toilet paper was atrocious with no perforations showing on the SINGLE PLY paper. I was surprised negatively by the bathroom construction quality. I don't understand how this would be approved by Marriott Quality Control. The caulking was slipshod (too thickly applied in most areas, but none applied in observable gaps). And, in some spots, the wallboards did not seal properly at their floor joints or corner joints. The tub was terrifying because it was extremely slippery; no one with a fall risk should chance it. Finally, the TV was nearly worthless. It took nearly a day to figure out simple connections like YouTube. The remote for this older generation TV was overly complicated (one unit does everything). There was no obvious lighting for its keys in the dark until one was pressed. Only then could you get 5 seconds of backlit buttons; it was a total pain. I used to travel one to two weeks a month for the government and really enjoyed the top-quality MARRIOTT Residence Inns. Despite the friendliness and courtesy of staff, it was more than offset by a poor room design and construction flaws not up to other Residence Inns.

We stayed here to go to a soccer match at the Allegiant Stadium. The hotel is ideally placed - an easy walk even in the heat! The room had everything we needed and we enjoyed breakfast and the pool!

couldn't use Marriot gift card once we arrived, which was the whole reason we signed up for the credit card and booked this property to begin with. That was very bait and switch in my eyes.

The location is perfect, close to airport and the main attractions. The rooms are spacious very comfortable to stay with the family. The entire property is beautiful.

There should be more options in the breakfast menu. And house keeping should be everyday for those people who are staying longer.

Pool was dirty, complained, then it got cleaned next day, but they should have seen this themselves. Rooms needs renovation. Bed was clean, rest of the appartement felt not that proper cleaned.
