Hotel was clean, staff friendly.

Would have liked more written info in the room about the hotel and area. Not everyone is tech savvy enough to rely on QR codes and other technology. Also, feel that some kind of safety bar or mat should have been in bathroom to assist with getting in and out of shower

We liked that there were hot eggs and sausage available for breakfast as well as yogurt, fruit, milk and coffee. We misunderstood our online booking. We thought we would have 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds due to the wording in booking.com. Instead, we had 2 rooms for a total of 2 queen beds. For the 2 parties using one of the rooms, they needed to have separate beds in the room. The hotel quickly changed them to a room with 2 queen beds for an additional charge of $15 which they did not mind. They were very happy the hotel made the change with no hassle!

Not much room to sit in the breakfast room. It was crowded. Pool area is viewable from outside and lounge area. I'm a woman & didn't like men being able to watch me walking in my swim suit.

Staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast was very good. room was very clean and comfortable. Price i paid was more than reasonable for the room i stayed in.

The gal at the desk was wonderful and moved us to a ant free room immediately. Breakfast was good. Nice variety, food was hot. Workers came in and stirred gravey and replenished items. They were very conscientious and cleaned up people's messes. The pool area was very nice and we went swimming.

The 1st room had a dozen ants crawling on the desktop, the light alongside the bed didn't work and the room smelt musty. Probably had not been opened up in awhile. The desk clerk suggested and then moved us immediately. We just told her about the ants. She showed us the room we would move to and throughly checked it over.

Staff was friendly. Very helpful with local restaurant suggestions. Hot tub/pool area very nice!

Room to small and poorly designed. Housekeeping only on request. No place to put clothes. Bathroom vanity too small for toiletries. Exhaust fan in bathroom noisy but ineffective

I had hoped that the hot tub/whirlpools jets were stronger and made a whirlpool but it didn't. The jets were very light and non whirlpool like
