Everything else was pretty good
Internet kept messing up. Couldn't get to watch movies as l had hoped

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good although making tea was not easy! Good location for walking in the downtown area. Also well situated for public transport to and from the airport and the Westfarm mall. Loved out 2 bedroom suite but would have liked a better view for the price charged.
That the hot water for tea was complicated and needed someone to show you how to use it. There wasn't always a staff member around to demonstrate use. Could do with written instructions or a separate machine just for boiling water. There was no reduction in price for a room with no view of the city. When I booked it was quite expensive and said rooms had a view of the city. Our room had a view of an internal courtyard. It was quiet dark.

Front desk staff was friendly
Price was too high for what it was. Bathroom had long black hairs all around, sitting area had stains all over, and bed was too firm.

The location
My family was given a room with dirty sheets that made me itch! I had to go downstairs because the phone didn't work to ask for housekeeping to change my sheets and was told there is no housekeeping on duty. And to change the sheets myself. I am disgusted and will never use them again. Plus the hotel is old and outdated for the price! They did transfer us to another room but I felt itchy the rest of the night and just didn't enjoy our trip.
