The breakfast needs improvement.

The breakfast it was the same every day, didn’t have fruits varieties The staff makes feel us uncomfortable, they didn’t have pleasure to help you, i feel like i was boring them

Close to the airport and the shuttle helps for short stays.

The hotel and its amenities look old. The breakfast is served only until 9.00 and although I arrived before 9.00 there weren't to many options for meal.

It was well equipped and very clean.

It was a nightmare but not the hotels fault! It was midnight when we arrived and our booking did not exist! They did not have our confirmation nor did they have a room available! We had no choice but to take the last shuttle back to the airport to spend the night in chairs! For this I paid $250!!! I want my money and that night of no sleep back!!! I am refuting it with Venmo...

The A.M. shuttle driver, Ryan.was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Good location close to airport and dining.

We had learned from other family members traveling in our group that the shuttles from the airport to the hotel were basically unmarked so was hard to determine which shuttle to take. We opted to uber after car rental return to save time and aggravation. The front desk staff was pretty indifferent. Could be more welcoming and friendly.

Friendly receptionist who worked with me patiently and found our reservation that somehow got my name flipped around when it went through Booking.com's system. Wonderful and clean room. Near enough to airport and car rentals to make our leaving Colorado easier.
