It was a beautiful space, things were clean and well kept

Upon check out I let the front desk know I was frustrated we didn’t get the room we had booked, I paid for a Mountain View room and we got corner room the starred at the side of the building and the convention center. The front desk simply replied, you booked through a 3rd party site, I will leave a note. I felt that because I booked through a 3rd party site my booking was not important or didn’t matter. We spent a lot of money for that room and I probably wouldn’t book through booking.com knowing I’m not going to get what I paid for.

The Manager, Gordon, kean and his coworkers welcomed us in the most professional, friendly and warm atmosphere! We loved our room; very clean, comfortable beds, balcony facing the pool and mountains. Awesome bartender at the lobby’s bar and great service by the pool area as well!

Mooi groot hotel met heerlijk zwembad. De kamer met balkon is heerlijk voor de warme avonden.

De bedden zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Veel matrassen zijn ingedeukt.

Great location …beautiful property

Staff was very friendly and available The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

AC in room was not working properly, stuffy, musty room. Bad wifi connection. Had a terrible night of sleep.

Lovely updated property big but very quiet and accessible. Amazing staff, accommodated our requests for late check out when the room wasn’t ready. Complimentary welcome drink was great, they even gave little toys to my son with Dosn syndrome. Just excellent all around

Room service was a bit high as was the room tax.

The location was nice, close to downtown Palm Springs

First and foremost, when I checked in to the hotel. They have asked to pay $ 35 USD for parking, which it didn't indicate anywhere on the website. The manager didn't charge us, given there was nobody in the hotel and the internet was down for 2 days from the hurricane, which I'm ok with... The hallway going into our room was dirty, and the room was typical hotel room, the bed was comfortable. I really liked the gym, no air conditioning, and most of the treadmill needed some work.

1. There was no “in room” maid service for brining in new coffee and towels each evening. 2. Elevators were very full in the AM and PM and we had to wait for 3 different ones to bring our luggage down on the day of check-out. 3. One of our rooms was not ready when we arrived and the lines in the lobby were quite long. The front desk was supposed to call us to let us know when it would be ready…but they forgot. On a positive note, our parking was comped due to this inconvenience

No coffee maker in the room. I don’t like Starbucks so that was the only option

Check-in was smooth and fast. Angela was empowered to give us an upgraded room for our anniversary and we were so surprised and impressed. Our room was modern and clean. Location was fantastic--we parked for 2 nights and never needed the car as we could walk to all meals, bike tour start, casino, movies, shopping. It was fantastic.

We couldn't find the fan nor fan switch for the bathroom. The pool snack/drink service staff closed at 4:41pm when it was listed they would be open until 5pm--need better management for this part of the resort.

Nice and clean. Bar was fun! Property was beautiful and the staff was very nice.

Air conditioning was way too loud and didn’t keep the room at a consistent temp. Was a bit of a walk from downtown (we didn’t rent a car).

We thought this hotel was a great value for the money. It's a great location and the pool area, bar and lobby are all really nice.

The A/C in our room didn't work. I called at night and they said nobody could come fix it until morning. Luckily we had a balcony with a sliding glass door so we could open it for the cool night air (and we slept with it wide open at night), but had it been really hot out we would've been in trouble. Additionally, our TV remote didn't work. Everything looks really nice until you get close. I don't think we'd stay here again.

Im here right now writing this because We cant sleep it’s freaking hot in the room like other comment and i should listen. They already change our room because other room ac is not working but same thing ac is set up to 70 so inside the room is like 75 and we didnt even use our blancket and we’re sweating. I Don’t recommend this hotel.

Wundervolles Hotel in Palm Springs. Nach einem langen Road Trip durch die USA wollten wir ein paar Tage runter kommen und Kräfte sammeln für die nächsten Kilometer. Dafür haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir sind früher angereist und konnten ohne Probleme bereits einchecken und haben sogar noch ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bereitet. Sie Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Aus dem Bett wollte ich nie wieder aufstehen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert wunderbar und die Toilette ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist groß, sehr erholsam und sauber
