Location was good for our plan, bed was comfortable.

NO HOT WATER!!! When we called to reception we were told that they were the ONLY person working and couldn’t help us. NO WORKING AC in the breakfast room. When we complained to the manager he curtly said “I’m aware, we are waiting on it to be fixed” but had no apology at all.

Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet. The breakfast was very good with a large number of choices and very good quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to Saguaro NP. Several restaurants were in walking distance.

The mattress was terrible. It was caved in and definitely needs to be replaced abd girget tbe “memory foam”!

Excellent full breakfast with eggs and sausage. Newly remodeled hotel. Kitchens are large. Staff is extremely accommodating!

Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful with check in. Also seen one of the maintenance technician staff assisting a guest with a question.

I loved how clean the room and facilities were, and the ice maker in the fridge was awesome. That only came second to the water pressure in the shower. Freaking A-1 guys. I’ll most definitely go outta my way to stay there again.

The to go breakfast was decent enough, but would be better if there was yogurt. Just my opinion, not a dealbreaker.
