Beds very comfy, breakfast was great! And staff was friendly

The staff was amazing!

My husband had swelling and itching after being in the pool and hot tub. Concerned. Also, they need to keep up with the pool towels.

The staff was attentive and I truly felt like a guest. They made sure everything was excellent and were upbeat and fun. I travel frequently and this was such a pleasant atmosphere from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great.

The room was hot and muggy when we first entered and it took several hours for the AC to catch up. Everything else was so nice that it was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is everything you need for a family trip. The pool is nice, the rooms are clean, the rooms have a fridge, and the breakfast is GREAT! They have full bottles on the wall of shower of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so no worries if you forget to pack your own. Beds are comfy. The tvs are set up so you can log in to your own Netflix.

Need more than one waffle maker at breakfast! Initial charges from my account were more than my bill, would have been nice to have been "warned", hopefully it corrects on my bank account.

The offering was a little limited but the attendee was awesome! Everything was clean and he interacted with everyone very well.

Our room was not ready to use. The elevated was overheated when we got there but not that big a deal, we used the stairs. The problem was initially no trash can in the room at all. I went to front desk and they happily gave me theirs. Then we went to hand up clothes, but no hangers. Went down to the front desk again and they got me hangers from a room that was out of service. Then when it was time to go to sleep, the light blocking curtains were completely missing so we had the parking lot lights blasting in our window all night. To say the least, we did not get much sleep. I almost always stay at Marriott properties but this stay was the “satisfied” exception. Very disappointing.

Check the room to be sure it’s ready to have someone stay in it. Make sure all the curtains are on the windows.
