Property was clean and staff friendly. Great options for bfast. Quiet hall ways at night

The room was very dirty. Carpets stained with wadded up gum and dried fluids of some sort on the walls. Light fixtures didn’t always work and flickered. Asked to see a different room and it was also very dirty with non working lights. We left to find a different hotel

Перебрались сюди із сусіднього, трошки дешевшого готелю. І були неймовірно цьому раді. Привітний персонал, чистота, щоденне прибирання, повноцінні сніданки, басейн, тренажерний зал. Поруч піцерія. Недалеко супермаркети. Ми із радістю продовжували наше перебування у цьому готелі (якщо не зважати на те, що це все ж не дешево) і із сумом покидали його, пробувши там трохи менше місяця. Якщо буде потреба ще колись зняти номер у готелі в районі Іден Прері, ми знаємо, де ми будемо :)
Із мінусів відмічу тільки розташування умивальника поза ванною кімнатою (це реально дуже незручно) і запах біля басейну (можливо, не вистачає вентиляції).

I liked that it was family friendly. The staff were welcoming and the housekeeping did a fantastic job at keeping the place looking and smelling great. Close to restaurants, businesses and close to the I494 ramps.
Breakfast ends early and seating downstairs is limited and crowded. Bedding and towels could use some updating. Seen reviews about small bathrooms which is true but the space in our room was worth having a smaller bathroom.

Very good fitness center for the price point. Staff were friendly and super efficient. Location was very convenient for my visit. Room was spacious. Everything felt crisp, clean, and well made.
Poor shower pressure and the bed as actually kind of uncomfortable.

The room was large and very nice, very clean. we had a large sofa and a large TV that could be adjusted toward the sofa or bed. The staff were very friendly and loved the dog we brought. the breakfast had many options and was excellent. the pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. also the fitness room was large and offered more than what is typical at hotels.
we were in the fifth floor so our room tended to get hot. it was a little too hot to sleep in the evening. we also had some loud individuals in our hall but really couldn’t hear them much in our room.

Overall was a pleasant stay, we chose this hotel because it was in the central location we needed.
This is the first hotel room I have stayed that did not have a microwave in it. Also if your going to have a bathroom with NO heat source in it, you would thing it would at the very least have a heat lamp in it. Having to keep the bathroom door open, so you were not uncomfortable while using the rest room, was not a pleasant experience, and the only reason I would not rate this hotel a 4 or 5.
