Super Staff!!! Front desk staff was awesome awesome!!

Everything was good. Breakfast could be better :)

The hotel staff (general manager Cory) was horrible. We contacted him with our concerns about our room and he couldn’t care less. All he talked about was how he managed 3 hotels. Eventually he hung up on us. We will be contacting corporate about this. He was extremely rude and condescending.

Location needed to be out of our home for a couple of days ,due to work being done

Bed was very uncomfortable , breakfast was not very good ,need real scramble eggs not much fruit ,ran out of silverware ,no bread for toast.

The elevator wasn’t working, pool was shut down and the breakfast was terrible. Day shift front desk lady was awful and rude.

Very congested front door, elevator, front desk area. Luggage carts need to be replaced - noisy, wobbly, and no hooks to hang garments from

The beds were very comfy. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast options were amazing.

The pool area had no ventilation. It felt like a sauna in there and was hard to relax and enjoy a swim. Ants kept coming in through the window in our room but that probably has more to do with what state they are in. We don’t have as many bugs in Nevada.

There were 4 pillows in the king room which was plenty. Would have been nice if they were a variety of type-soft to firm.

the curtain could not be closed and the building/business next door had bright lights. Was very bright in our room all night. The pool was closed, at breakfast the toaster did not work, the waffle machine was broken and the ice machine was also broken.

The location is great. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Snacks and incidentals at guest services desk were reasonably priced.

The Breakfast was very well done, and a good selection of items to choose from.
