Housekeeping opening our door at 9 am for what reason we don’t know.

perfect location for attending an Ironbirds game! Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and clean.
We stayed 4 nights and no one ever came to change out towels or give us more coffee. We did have to ask for more coffee at the front desk.

The location was convenient but that was about it. Room had a great view but very dusty.
We booked there for many reasons and only one was met. The location was perfect BUT nothing was opened in the hotel to get a meal, drink, etc and the room was very dusty. Very disappointing as we chose this hotel to be able to have a one stop shop location. We had to spend more money to take ubers to get lunch & dinner, etc. The staff when we checked in & checked out was not very helpful/pleasant. The staff was fine when we had questions between check in/check out. Should have been notified if the amenities were not available as that is what i look for when staying at a hotel. Not happy:(

perfect location to catch the Iron Birds- and the game itself is worth the travel- awesome fields and a great pool. and a bar. I’m just sad it’s as far away from RI as it is. top notch staff- very friendly!

Parking. Parking lot at the end of the building. I am handicapped and there were only 2 parking slots in front of the facility.

I like the convenient location to baseball fields
Price for what you get did not match. Room wasn't super clean... shampoo bottles were used and almost empty. Maid service only emptied one trash can .... did not straighten out bed or empty other full bin. I could not find parking in the lot at all one day. I don't understand how visitors can get parking but a paying guest cannot!!! I was told to park across the street. Ridiculous.

It was very convenient to be right at Ripken.
The hotel was overbooked! They could not keep up with the needs of the rooms. The staff was less than helpful or friendly.

There was 3 times I wanted to buy food but had to drive to get food. Between the hours of 3-5 there was nothing open. Which was a little frustrating. Also something needs to be worked out outside where the adults can go and hang out with and have a couple drinks if they choose. All the lights were turned off by 9:30. Hotel should have its own lighted outdoor area

It’s so close to every field and game; workout room was nice
The elevator wasn’t working, the ice machines were always empty, bathrooms were dirty when we got there, doors didn’t work, lobby “shut down” at 10 some nights, the washer and dryer weren’t functioning properly

Loved this hotel. Very clean and comfortable king sized bed. The decor was beautiful and modern. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
