Location and decor
The room was not was pictured. Expected we had a executive king suite. The picture showed two window we only had one. Was dark when the sun a out. Like furniture as well missing a table a chair for eating. Picture had two we had one. Breakfast was not pleasant uncleaned surfaces for hours and non attentive staff. Pool was ok but was been filtered during usage and need to be skimmed. Group a of baseball kids were up running till about 11 bout kids will be kids.

Room was large. A/C - Heat was controlled by a wall thermostat and was quiet for a thru-the-wall unit.
We left at 6:45 before breakfast was served on weekends (7:00). Floors were noisy impacting those below us in the early hours.

After walking back and forth several times to two different rooms, the front desk clerk (evening/overnight) indicated that the key card machine was not functioning, and we’d have to be let in manually. With the keys not functioning, we were unable to leave the room for anything. I don’t know of to many things that could be worse. After complaining to the front desk clerk (morning) he was rude, and said all he could do was offer a 15% refund. Completely ridiculous.

Staff were friendly enough and hotel was quiet for the most part. Room was very spacious. Pet friendly unlike most places.
Sheets were noticeably dirty. Also, if you proudly display signs that you are 100% smoke free, why do the linens have cigarette burns?
Worst, upstairs renters woke us very early with their child jumping around. It sounded like a sledgehammer over our heads. Would assume a hotel has better soundproofing than that!
