The bed was large and comfortable. The room overnight was quieter than expected, despite being right off the highway. Staff were friendly and responsive (I had no complaints or issues that needed to be resolved).

Both the lobby and room had odd smells to them. The room smelled oddly sweet, but not in a good way. The buttons on the TV remote had to be mashed to work. The elevator would jump and start to move before the door had closed; that was unsettling. The breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant was very underwhelming, but the staff were very kind. I also appreciated the free coffee.

Diana at the front desk was really nice and helpful. We were not happy with our room, so I requested a refund.

The location did not look good from the outside. Then once we checked in the room smelled like dirty carpet, the walls had patches and everything was outdated. We did not stay here. Had to book another room at a different hotel as we were not comfortable here.

The lobby was very nice and there was a nice bar and staff was very nice.

Hotel is very clean! Modern decor beautiful lobby and bar area! Loved our room with the balcony! The young lady that checked us in was amazing! Wish I would have got her name. Nice selection of snacks and drinks. Will definitely be staying here again.

Not much to complain about highway noise is a little loud at times but no biggie.

there was mold in the bathtub under where you hold the soap and all around the edges of the bathtub, the entire room smelled of heave cigarette smoke including the top cover of the blanket, you can tell they never dust the inside of the drawers it was full of dust, there was no blanket, a sheet on top of a thin blanket is not suffice for comfort

The staff was for the most part pretty pleasant. The location for where I needed to be was good!

The bathroom was moldy from what appeared to be water damage and my room was never cleaned or restocked in between my days I stayed. Never should a patron have to request these services especially staying 5 days/4 nights!! I am very disappointed in the quality of the room/services I received/didn’t receive for the PRICE I PAID TO STAY PER NIGHT! No first responders discount, if any, was even offered, as I made it clear I was there on business. The room I stayed in was not worth the price I paid!!!!!!! (just shy of $160.00/night) I will definitely make different arrangements next time as I frequent this stay each year for work!

Pool

I called in advance and asked if the pool was working and was told yes. When I arrived I was informed that the pool was not working which is the only reason I chose the hotel. I had to get a room next door and pay an extra hundred dollars.
