It was very close to our destination.
The floors were dirty, the fan in the bathroom did not work at all, the water pressure for showers and washing hands was very poor.

BEDBUGS! My partner and I found numerous red, itchy welts a day after staying here. It was noisy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the front desk reception was rude.

The room was dirty and the floor was slimy and hairy. It needed to be washed. It was gross to walk barefoot in there.

Did not have disability shower. Very poor water pressure. Front desk staff was not helpful.we were told to take out our own trash!

There was no breakfast. It was a basically no frills motel, no microwave, no fridge but it was all that I needed at the time.

The room itself was clean, the bathroom however was not or if it was the tub sure didn't look like it.
The bathroom was awful. It has a baby toilet that is very low to the ground.
I booked an accessible room due to a mobility issue, but when checking in was told there were no rooms available.

Got in to the room. On the back of the toilet tank is a long hair. Get a hand towel and it has a hair in the fabric. WHAT WOULD 98% OF HUMANITY THINK??? Won't go back. Front desk is dismissive. NO refund.

there is an attempt at reform
the sheets stink of cigarettes and the cleaning is terrible the mirrors all with a lot of dust, there wasn't a duvet a little thick just a sheet!

The bathroom sink was clogged and we had no running water. Therefore we couldn't shower or flush the toilet and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.
