Location
Lamp was broken, phone was broken, the towels look bad, No toilet paper, only 2 hard pillows. Bad lighting in the room. Didn’t like how the breakfast look so I passed.

Nothing. It smelled and was dirty. We didn’t even stay. Looked at the room and left.

the staff was great, the room was good, the mattress was doing a lot of noise
it was a guest with their dog and was barking and barking a lot, I stay only one night and i can't sleep any good, i made the report to the lobby to do something or change my room and they said I will call them but nothing changed, and the hotel offer breakfast and was only sausage and hash puppies, no fruit, no egss no ham, only the waffles

The kitchen staff and housekeeping staff were helpful
The night auditor on Aug. 10th checked me in. He was very condescending and rude at times with no eye contact. The room smelled like urine

Suspicious little red stain on the shower curtain. At around 8:30pm someone tried to enter my room. The door was closed and the bolt was locked. They must have had a key? The only reason they didn’t get in was the chain bar thing was engaged. Once they noticed that they left immediately. It could have been an honest mix up but it was unsettling and not the cleaning staff. The room also needed some minor repairs.

did not eat breakfast
First and foremost this hotel reminded me of a motel. This place was not clean at all my girlfriend's allergies were bothering her all night as if there was some type of pet in the room previously. The carpet inside and out in the hallway was very filthy including the walls in and out of the room. I felt as though if you were there more than two nights someone should freshen up the room. It did not happen once. It was not even worth the almost $400 dollars i spent on the room just pitiful
