Spacious room

We arranged for housekeeping to come every other day. In our 8 night stay they never came.

The couch was very uncomfortable and uneven, and about every 40 minutes a loud noise came from the refrigerator woke me up in the night several times!

Comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast, friendly staff

It was a convenient easy drive from my destination. I was only there late one night to early the next morning so I didn't have time to experience very much.

The smell in the room was awful, not sure what it was. I was charged twice on my work credit card for the room though, and assured I would get a credit- but I haven't seen the credit come through on my card yet. I paid for it once through Booking.com on the 7th, and again when the front desk told me the card hadn't gone through the first time on 8/10, I did receive an email saying this would be taken care of, but haven't seen anything refunded.

Children running up and down hallways screaming constantly. We were on 2nd floor and there was a group of adults on the patio under our window being quite loud. We asked the desk to address it. Nothing changed. I think they settled down around midnight. Called front desk in the morning to ask when breakfast ended. They said 930 we came down at 910 and most everything was put away. When I walked over to the employee she said breakfast ended at 9. Small complaint but room fridge didn’t have even a tiny freezer compartment and we needed that for a couple grocery items. Hotel itself is dated and has seen better days

I liked having the sofa to sit on and the little table for games. There were a lot of us and having the sofa let us hang out without sitting on other people's beds.

The hallway smell. It was horrible. The carpets definitely need to be ripped up and replaced. I also hated having carpet in the rooms. They are just horrible places for germs to hide. Plus it's easier to clean floors that are not carpeted. When you have a pool don't have carpet. Also a removable shower head would be nice so we could make sure we are really cleaning the showers. There are so many ways to make cleaning more effective and efficient. Leading into time and money saving.

Breakfast was delicious, offered plant based milk options. Room was spacious and had a nice layout.

Room was freezing, kept turning thermostat up, but still ran almost constantly. Pillows were very flimsy had to stack them to get comfortable.

Big gaps under doors so the noises from the hall could be heard. Breakfast area is very small with not enough sitting. Many people had to stand eating.

Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants.

We had 3 rooms. One we needed to use the sofa bed. I had specifically asked and made sure we had three beds in that room. The sofa bed was broken and dirty when we went to use it. Told the front desk about the problem and they were supposed to fix it, as they also said that room was listed for them as needing repairs. It did not get fixed by the time we returned for the evening. They couldn’t do anything about it as they said the room with extra beds was locked and they couldn’t get in. They did end up refunding one night but we still had to sleep one of our party in a room with others. Not a great situation for us. There were other repairs that should be done.

the location was great, in the center of everything, breakfast was good, staff is friendly.

we stayed for a week and we had to keep getting our key card reset about 5 times, after the 3rd time it was very irritating especially getting to your room and having to go back down to get it reset. Housekeeper was very loud, there would be a group of them talking loudly in the hallway, if you want to sleep in you can forget about it, laundry room was loud, people were doing laundry at 5:30 in the morning.

Committed rooms were not provided. Specially requested at the time of booking next to each other but were not even close by with kids for 3-day stay. Could not get even a single day room service, Front desk answered that you were supposed to give us 24 hours prior notice and even after written request to clear some trash , towels. None of them was done.

Convenient

I was extremely concerned upon check-in when my hotel key opened a room that was already occupied at 11:00 pm at night. That should never happen!

Service and cleanliness. Location was great also.

Our TV kept going in and out. It was late night and they said they would switch it out in the morning but we we checking out that day. So, we were not happy campers because we could never finish a movie!

The bed was uncomfortable

Front desk is friendly, I can get the answer easily from her. Breakfast is kind of salty, I think it's the difference between Eastern and Western. But the oat milk is awesome, I love it so much!

Though it's pretty clean, no dust, no bug, but I feel itchy when I sleep on the bed. Also, there are some weird smell in the building, at the beginning I thought it's the smell of America, but after these days I live in other place, I think it's not normal.

Bed was very nice! the bathroom had everything I needed too.

TV was located in a strange spot.
