this property was not well maintained at all. It was dirty, it had people who lived in this property for longer than they should have.

The room smelled bad. The headboards were covered in grease that I took 20 minutes to scrub off, and the bathroom door was splashed with an unknown substance, urine perhaps?

Have been there before. Bed is soft, everything is clean. I have a desk, ample lighting, cable tv news. Thank you they only have coffee. would like tea.

No problems. Other than reservation problem w my name attached to a confirmation # that someone else's name was attached to. Tried to cancel thru booking com, after I filled out the survey, but it wouldn't accept it. So it never cancelled. I ended up paying at the front desk, on the sport becuz th confirmation # given to me, by booking.com per th front desks computer files, says that the confirmation # had someone else's name to it not mine..please resolve this asap. I don't want to pay for anyone else's reservation w my credit card, especially when th name doesn't sound familiar to me. I don't want credit card problems, w my card, being attached to someone else's name in the future . Take note, I'm reserved for this same hotel in February, they said my name is confirmed for that February reset ation, without any problems. Thank you.

Worse experience ever. Super dirty and smelly room. The bathroom was also dirty
