Location was good

The room was old. The air conditioner never went below 72 on the hottest and most humid day. Stuffy. Old. Not worth the price

Location was nice. Lobby was large.

Cleanliness of the room was disgusting. Trash and hair pins from other people scattered around the carpeting of the room. Called 4 times and spoke to the front desk in person to have the couch turned into a bed, took nearly 5 hours and then it was a sloppy job with no pillows and i had to ask for blankets as he was leaving the room. Asked for ice, which never arrived. Indoor pool felt like an asylum. Outdoor pool closed on a beautiful day.

Kristina was so sweet and kind. Me and my husband came for a second honeymoon and she treated us so well. The accommodations were great. Whenever we needed something the staff were so quick to help

The remote didn’t work in our room but they immediately gave us a new one

Location was good and both the lobby and bar were what you would expect from a Hyatt property

Rooms, hallways, and common areas were dirty and unkept. The room was outdated and spartan at best. Beds weren’t made properly and housekeeping is every 4th day unless requested. No wonder it’s such a dump.

parking was convenient...location was why we stayed there...good for our purposes...

Bad room....out of all the unoccupied rooms we were given a room with badly "fogged and moldy" glass window...to the point where we kept our drapes closed because it was so unsightly,,,, also the toilet was not properly cleaned when we arrived..
