The staff was great. Very friendly! The General manager Laquana Johnson was AMAZING! Would definitely stay here again. Next time I will bring my own pillows. But will still give a 10!
The pillows. The drains in the bathroom sink and tub would not stay open to drain water had to prop them open .

king size bed was clean and comfortable! Staff was pleasant and accommodating!
The initial room I reserved had an odor, like mold. Also, the TV didn't work. The hotel was completely booked, and I had to wait until the following day to get a new room. I didnt like that I had to pay an additional 250$ local/in-state holding fee, because I am from the area where hotel is located.

The building was under construction and the door to the bathroom kept getting stuck. The whole facility needs a makeover.

We didn’t like that they were not forthcoming that the hotel is currently under renovation before booking. Certain facilities could not be used bc of the renovations; such as the pool are, and bathroom facilities down stairs at checkin.

breakfast was less than I expected, bacon did not look like it was cooked, I had to request the room be cleaned 2 times before it was cleaned. Not an animal person, when I saw a dog in the pool that stopped me from using your pool.

We came to support my sister having a medical procedure at MUSC. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The location was close to the hospital but not right downtown Charleston. It was nice to have food delivered to the room from restaurants. We would gladly stay again.

The service, and staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable also, and the breakfast was terrific! The t.v. was really slow though, and there wasn't much to choose from. I wish I would've had a freezer as well. All and all I had a really great stay.
