Amber took care of me when I called so everything I needed was in the room
Well our last night the power went off on one side refrigerator side so our stuff wasn’t cold before leaving I told them before hand but no one can to fix it

Easy check-in process. Friendly staff. Even though we had a simple issue with the 1st room, it was easily resolved.
Just pulling something out of the air, because I really like this hotel...I couldn't reset the time on the clock radio after the power went out. I tried everything and usually I'm pretty good at figuring out electronics without the instructions.

I was not informed that our 12lb dog would incur a $100 additional charge for the one night when we checked in. This information was not on the website when I made the booking although I did specify that we have a small dog

The room size was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect!
The breakfast left alot to be desired. It was not refilled often and compared to some of your competitors at the same price point and even some that are less expensive it was lacking. No waffle maker and no biscuits and gravy.

The room’s air conditioner did not work properly and the heat remained on. Made the room very uncomfortable to sleep

The room was meticulously clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was very good for an included breakfast, service was good.
The pillows were terribly lumpy... worst I have experienced in a hotel. The location didn't have a whole lot to offer so you had to drive to restaurants etc.

The staff was especially nice and gracious, and we’re very welcoming.
this is not exclusive to this hotel motel it’s everyone that it would be nice if breakfast was served until 10 especially if you were on a vacation and I want to sleep in a little bit. There is always coffee and lime water available in the lobby plus a great selection of little snacks for sale in the lobby, the breakfast provided was as expected. we were very pleased with the rooms especially if you’re staying a while very comfortable..

The room was dirty and smelled awful the tub had bugs in it . They had a pull out coach but the room is too small to open it
