bathroom extremely small

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent

After getting to my room, I opened up a sweet tea drink and put it by the tv. I continued to unpack. I glanced at my tea and a roach was crawling up my cup. The air conditioner was covered with dirt and dust. The key pad wasn't working properly. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk 3 times. The hotel manager finally had to use his master keys to open my door.

The staff was very friendly

I was assigned a room that wasn't clean from the previous guest. The guest check out card was still on the table and the bed wasnt even made. The comforter was sitting in the chair and the sheets wasn't neat at all.

The staff is so rude and one white lady is really rude ,smart mouth Ms jorading .... I went to ask about the why she put breakfast up right 930 ,I got at 940 with it been New year .... She me a speech about short and what the time it end So i said Im calling coorapte .....She still talking I said it effect if people stop coming And she hide my driver

I like the location of the hotel. It was convenient to downtown

The hotel was not maintained well, the food was hard and cold for breakfast, the room smelled stuffy and moldy. Also there were roaches in our room that was very upsetting.

everything, our rooms was nasty, had bugs, blood and cigarette holes on the comforter and had dusty, bathrooms not cleaned and had dried poop on commode.

Cockroaches. Holes in walls. Broken toilet lid women panties left in the room.

I appreciate the breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal.

I do not like roaches. I do not like being shuffled around. I do not like stuffy entrances to my room with no view and very "thin" walls. I work nights and housekeeping disturbed my sleeping hours very rudely.
