needs wiondows cleaned, the bathroom stool was to close to the floor., hard to use for a 6 ft. guy. the jimmy dean sandwich was hard as a rock. would not eat in there again after 4 days.

Lost gift card, asked desk manager twice to check their trash in the back room. After her supplying me with latex gloves and me literally dumpster diving in the parking lot, when asked again, she located the bag I was describing in the back of the office as I originally requested for her to check. Also, we expected a suite and walk-in shower quite different than what was made available to us. We often stay at Home 2 Suites in Longmont which is much more desirable than SpringHill Suites which was nothing in comparison for the same price. Our couch was positioned at the base of the bed in a location that could not view the television, the walk-in shower was designed for handicap use, water would rush from the shower under the curtain and a large part of the bathroom floor would be wet after showering. Lastly the website description included a hot tub and there was not one at that facility. We packed our suits in hopes of the tub.

it’s close to the family members house the breakfast was good

the closest door was broken and the bathroom floor was dirty or stained with something and the swimming pool was really Cold we told it was set at 85 degrees but there’s no way and the room it self was cold.
