Clean rooms

The first night the host was not able to find my payment and made me leave the room and took my keys. I had to call booking and get customer service to prove it was in fact paid, was given a complimentary break Fast yet i don’t eat breakfast at so i did bou.

The suit was great, very spacious and clean.

The vented hood did not work. To start the cook top you have to start the timer first, which would turn everything off once the time is off, so you have to watch and restart it. Weird.

Nice staff, clean hotel and surroundings. Parking was easy to find. Got our room right away on the first floor as we requested due to pets accompanying us. There is plenty of space for our pets to walk and roam inside the room and outside the hotel. Our pets loved it, and we loved the kitchenette and plenty of space to stretch. The Lady named Geno was the maid, thank you. ( 114). We felt very safe walking outside with our pets at night.

We walked in, and the computers provided by the hotel were right at the front by the doors. There were two males using them. They had the common Hispanic Banda music playing very loudly. We are hispanic, but we aren't into the music at all. Is a hotel, not a Carne Asada party at their homes or the park. That wasn't the hotels fault, as the people who stay are responsible for their behavior, but maybe have something that remains our community to think of the rest of the world and how NOT all of us want to hear Music so loudly as we in their Rancho. I know they are workers that travel and have to stay in hotels, but as much as they want peace, so do we. NO A TODOS NOS GUSTA SU MUSICA RUIDOSA, A TODO VOLUMEN Y DE PASO ESCANDALOSA CON PALABRAS OBSCENAS - (not all of us like loud, all volume, scandalous, and obscene wording).

Location was good. Would have preferred twice. A Week cleaning but once was okay. Bed was very comfortable. Overall very comfortable. I appreciated the kitchen area as well.

Fridge and AC were very noisy. Window curtains didn’t completely close so it was difficult to sleep. Lounge chair was comfy but I expected a couch or sitting area for a “suite”. Bathroom floor was uncleanable in the cracks between the tiles. Price was high due to events I suppose.

Great hotel for the price, no problems, convenient location just outside Boulder and Denver for heading out to explore this area of Colorado
