The GM general manager! Was so rude and disrespectful

I loved leaving.

Girl at reception was rude and surly. Room was gross. There was no soap in room nor wash clothes. The security bar on the door was off(we put our suitcases in front of the door just in case). It was a “handicap room” that was designed for those who are height impaired. While the room had the bars and adjustable shower they were all at the wrong height. There was an ironing board that was rusted without a cover. And the worst was that the mattress cover was taken off the bed and shoved behind the bed and had blood on it. As we could not find anywhere else to stay, we stuck it out for two nights. On our 2nd day, our room was not serviced and the lock was changed. When we went back to the desk to find out what happened, we were told “this happens all the time”. She gave me a new key, but never checked my I.D. I should have known that it was going to be bad when we got to the room to find the room number written on the wall in magic marker. I did call to share with manager what had transpired and have never gotten a return call. For a kizzilion reasons they would be shut down for violations of ADA

Didn't use breakfast facilities.i worked late and was asleep throughout breakfast

Aside from one instance where my key didn't work I had no complaints no issues with rooms neighbors or other. I booked and paid for 3 days but only stayed for two due to business having been concluded at job sites earlier than expected I checked out on Sunday afternoon rather than Monday morning
