friendliness of staff—outstanding, cleanliness, Marriott name

a bit austere for my liking. Had stayed at AC in Sarasota recently and felt that it was much more interesting and had a very upbeat vibe. Parking/valet was a problem. We did valet and it took a very long time to get our car even though there were 2 valets who were really hustling. Also, the buffet wasn’t impressive, although the egg dish was delicious.

It’s awesomely located. Restaurants, bars, and UF campuses are all walkable from here.

There is nothing I did not like.

Second Marriott hotel in two weeks beds were horrible. Rooms were dirty and they tried to make it look new, but it was super old. tile unfinished in shower , dirt very old no amenities

Staff were so rude. Dirty floors and bathroom. I was expecting to enter the luxury hotel but it was nothing like that 👎

The location and hotel was nice.

I booked A bigger king room and I got Put in a smaller queen room. I booked Through booking.com so the hotel said they couldn’t help me. Booking said that the hotel will not compensate me so I was Stuck in the wrong room paying full price for something that isn’t my fault.

Quiet, clean, and close to where we wanted to walk.

pool and fitness area should have better nomenclature
