No cleaning wipes in the workout area. Also, stain on the carpet near the couch in our room and the fan in the bathroom was very loud/needed to be fixed.

Breakfast and the staff for breakfast was on point went above and beyond that was the only reason we didn’t leave hotel and change hotels.

Room was filthy we found clothing and trash left behind from previous people who stayed in this room smelled horrible too. We didn’t ask for room service the entire stay. What was the point we cleaned it ourselves. Also it would have been nice to have a fitted sheet that actually fit the bed. Kept getting woke up from popping off every time you moved in bed. Have to come back next year as confident as it was doubtful we will stay there again after that experience. The hallway in front of our room was gross looked like had not been swept in months.

EVERY ice machine was broken, when we needed ice we had to go ask & then we only given a small little bag. most of the time the bag had frozen together with the ice so you couldn’t put it in a drink or anything. there was also a baseball tournament going on & breakfast was a joke! if you didn’t get down to get food at 6am you were not getting anything! & they literally cleaned up RIGHT AT 10! then our AC broke & the temp continued to rise in our room to the point that we had to find another hotel 4 HOURS AWAY!!! No refund was given & it was awful!!

our room had dirty sheets on the bed no additional sheets for the trundle bed. went to front desk they moved us to another room had clean sheets but room smell like someone had smoked marijuana. I felt we should have had our room discounted for all the issues, but none given
