Clean and comfortable beds, and a friendly staff. The rooms seemed to keep most of the neighboring room's noise out, better than most. Also a very touching tribute to the troops in the lower level.

We came here from a hotel that was awful. We were amazed at how much better Country Inn was. We described it as clean, great service, easy check in/out, good breakfast selection, & safe/nice location (close to downtown GR & 40 mins from Grand Haven).

Not many restaurant options close by until you’re downtown Grand Rapids.

Everything was A+

Great breakfast included, our family loved making waffles. Convenient location, great value. The pool was great, our kids loved it.

My only real downfall was smelling urine upon entering our room and any time we were gone all day.

Really convenient location. Not far from downtown Grand Rapids, and super close to Frederik Meijer Sculpture Park. You could even walk it if you wanted to. Having a pub/restaurant almost in the parking lot is a nice convenience but we didn't actually end up eating there, but heard it was good. The breakfast area has plenty of seating and lots of choice (not for vegans but for vegetarians like us it was totally fine). Room was quiet. Bathroom layout excellent for an extended stay. Staff were great. Late hours for the pool also great.

No dislikes I can think of.

Staff was great and easy going. The soldiers memorial in the lower level was nice to see.

Bed was a bit stiff for me

We did not have two queen beds as booked. We had a queen and a double bed. We should have been booked with two queens as paid for. I didnt realize it until day if checkout. My kids slept in that bed.
