There were no ELEVATOR signs posted to let you know where they were on the 5th floor oddly so kept walking past the elevator due to know signs

The staff was nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the room smell and the furniture a bit worn. The beds was uncomfortable and I just couldn’t sleep. Also didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have any microwaves.

Didn’t notify of additional fees before check in, no cameras in the parking lot on one side. My car was hit and couldn’t even find out who did it because there were no cameras. Very disappointing. also no microwave…

The location was good.

Up all night due to a running toilet in adjacent room. Shower door is backward. Have to get completely wet to turn on the shower and the water pressure is bad.

I was so surprised by how clean and comfortable the hotel was. At that price it was a welcome surprise. I would and will stay there again when I visit my daughter at Clemson.

the staff are liars and not clear on information. also I had to send multiple emails JUST to be responded to and my charge was different from what I booked. i was told one thing and that didn’t happen. Hannah was the only person who understood that my situation didn’t make sense.

The room was just beautiful and the fact that the TV had multiple options for viewing was amazing.. I've stayed in Greenville now 4 times and this was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

I didn't like how loud the air conditioning unit was or the fact that the toilet kept running through the night.

Great location, everything you need very close by. Very large room with lots of space (we booked the suite). Wonderful staff, very friendly and professional and responsive.

The overall look and feel is just OLD. The room is dark, not well lit at all and most furniture just feels overused. Also, worst part, our toilet stopped up several times during our stay. We got to the point where we just decided not to use the toilet in our room and instead used the public toilet on the first floor near the pool. For some reason, the public toilet can flush and the one in our room was just no good at all.

State flag flying out front needs to be replaced - it’s raged

The smell in the room was horrible and there was roaches in the shower. I would stay again since they fixed the issue. Staff was very nice.
