Towels were so soft and fresh, fridge was cold,

The noise from the fridge kept me awake most of the time. Toilet flushed by itself sometimes.

I don’t like giving bad reviews,, but I have to warn others of my horrible experience so they don’t make the same MISTAKE!! I thought bc of the location this hotel would meet my high expectations. The photos on the web was BEAUTIFUL.. I get to the hotel and I knew I was in trouble the way the curtains was hanging and windows was lifted up. Long story short it was horrible and needs to be torn down… Our room was out dated and very dirty. That part didn’t bother me to bad bc I knew I was gonna sanitize it anyway,, but 40 minutes of us being there the ROACHES started coming outta NO where!!!! Not one or two,, but more like 8…We left so fast and flew down stairs to check out!! The front desk lady acted surprised when I told her.. My Daughter and I ended up sleeping in the car til morning!!!! I’m not saying EVERY room had roaches,, but room 212 did..

I had bed bugs in my room and got bit. Had to do some massive cleaning so I wouldn't take any home.

The entire property needs an upgrade to include the rooms! Parking lot was littered with trash. Upon checking into my room, the toilet was still running with some type ashes floating on top if you want to call it that?? Room needs to be upgraded as it looked run down. Toilet would not flush. Requested front desk to have it fixed or change rooms asap! I ended up checking out before I even checked in.

The location was great and the room was very nice and comfy.

The breakfast did not have many selections to choose from - oatmeal or grits.

2nd time staying there. Close to everything.

The shower was not clean was hair on the walls,trash can still had trash in it and hall way still had trash cans full at 6am when I got ready to leave

People was smoking right when u walk in sitting . Smell in rooms seem steal. No mask was worn but sign was hung didn’t enforce.

The location was fine, lots of places to eat; that's why I picked it.

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! I got bit on the neck, hand, and face, my daughter got bit on the hand. When I called the front desk she explained their was a BED BUG Protocol of a Free stay at Extended stay and $10 in quarters to wash your clothes. Which means they knew they had BED BUGS and allowing or hoping visitors don't get attacked. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Get that hotel off of your list!

The filet of trash in the hallway, the staff, the pillows wasn’t plush just flat, the smell

The front desk lady, I believe her name was Elisha. She was very sweet and friendly.

The refrigerator was broken, the phone was smashed, the door was splintering, and there was a wad of toilet paper stuck in the peep hole. There were multiple personal items left in the room from the prior guest, including but not limited to a tampon, deodorant, and toilet paper (left in the microwave). There was also peeling molding and pieces of the wall were ripped off. Oh and in the closet, the organizer was broken and there was a sharp large piece of it on the floor that could be used to impale someone.
