I kept feeling sticky to the bed sheet. The room didn't seem to feel like 60 degrees despite us turning the AC to that temperature

Breakfast ok. Room was damp. Telephone did not work. Hair blower did not work. Clock in room did not work. Pool was repaired sloppily. Tile was actually floor tile in pool Room was so damp a bathing suit did not dry in 4 days. Staff was nice. Tried to help.

The property is disgusting. I was offered an „upgrade” to the deluxe room after speaking up about the cleanliness issue in my initial room, both rooms were dusty and bathrooms were full of hair. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful they completely ignored the dirt I showed them. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with booking to receive my refund. I did not stay at the hotel at all. Don’t even waste your time.

Everything was terrible.

Location was great! Lots of things within walking. Distance. It was very clean. Super comfortable. I was staying at Super 8 and needed just something a little more clean and comfy. This was perfect. I felt more relaxed and comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

It was all good, no complaints.
